Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee the store portfolio, ensuring displays meet brand guidelines and drive sales. You will develop VM calendars, monitor display effectiveness, collaborate with procurement, and train staff on VM techniques. Regular reporting and event support are expected.

The role requires a graduate with 5 years of VM/merchandising experience and a keen eye for trends, with strong stakeholder liaison abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in fine or commercial arts.
• 5 years’ experience in VM/merchandising role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store portfolio is merchandised to the highest standard in line with brand VM strategy.
• Create VM calendar for each brand.
• Monitor display effectiveness and plan changes as needed.
• Develop relationships with brand VM teams and report monthly.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of displays and POS.
