ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Visual Merchandiser coordinates and executes visually appealing displays that attract customers into and through the store, enhancing the in-store experience. The role aims to support sales objectives through effective product placement and display, converting window shoppers into prospects and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for repeat customers.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Translate the Visual Merchandising Plan into creative window displays, product placements, props, and floor designs to attract and engage customers.
2. Implement seasonal floor plans, store launches, and floor changes.
3. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines.
4. Enhance brand presence with creative ideas while being mindful of costs and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
5. Maintain brand standards and uphold the marketing and communication principles of Majid Al Futtaim Fashion at all times.
6. Stay updated on new trends in visual merchandising and customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience.
7. Foster good relationships with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams to ensure collaborative efforts that benefit sales through effective visual merchandising.
8. Implement store signage programs following commercial guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising or fine arts.
• Strong attention to detail.
