Job description

• Perform appropriate display and merchandising to enhance sales, store standards, and maximize attraction of customers into the stores.
• Originate display ideas to attract a maximum number of customers, promote sales, and improve visibility of slow-moving high-margin items in coordination with the store manager & retail coordinators.
• Arrange tables, furniture (floor standing units, branded display units, etc.) and merchandise according to prearranged plans.
• Supervise the requisition and display of decorative materials if any in stores as needed.
• Create, maintain, and manage the SOPs for Visual Merchandiser.
• Develop, deliver, and communicate visual concepts and promote the brands, products, and services in-store.
• Train and coach the store team.
• Ensure that brand identity and presentation standards are achieved consistently by creating eye-catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
