Job summary

GMG is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead hands-on creation of high-quality visuals across our brand portfolio. You will deliver campaign key visuals, PDP and lifestyle imagery, and create assets for paid media and in-store materials.

As a senior contributor in Growth - Digital Design, you will drive AI-assisted workflows, safeguard brand consistency, refresh guidelines, and contribute to design systems. Motion design is a plus and familiarity with sports visuals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong typography, layout and art direction craft.
• PDP/e-commerce and campaign asset production.
• Capable of high-quality visual storytelling across brands.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative delivery for digital campaigns: key visuals, PDP images with USP call-outs, lifestyle imagery, social, paid media and offline/in-store materials.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted workflows (generative imagery, retouching, localization and resizing) to boost speed and volume.
• Safeguard brand consistency across all output and refresh brand guidelines and onboarding for new brands.
• Produce motion assets for paid channels and support increased video output targets (motion design a plus).
• Manage delivery within the creative intake and volume process, ensuring SLAs and production targets are met and workflows are streamlined.
• Build and maintain template-based, DAM-ready files, contributing to reusable design systems and SOPs.
