Responsibilities include producing visuals for campaigns, print materials, and web assets, with a emphasis on visual consistency and fast turnaround. Experience with AI-driven design is advantageous.

• Adapt campaigns across formats while keeping brand consistency.

We are looking for a highly creative, visually strong, and detail-oriented Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team full-time.

This role is ideal for a designer with a strong eye for premium branding, digital campaigns, social media, advertising, print design, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

We care more about the quality of your portfolio, visual taste, creativity, and ability to execute ideas well than simply the number of years you have worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and product launches.
• Design Instagram posts, stories, Reels covers, campaign key visuals, banners, ads, and promotional content.
• Create print materials including brochures, flyers, packaging elements, event materials, posters, and POS designs.
• Develop strong campaign concepts, moodboards, visual directions, and creative references.
• Adapt one campaign concept across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Create premium product compositions, mockups, presentation visuals, and marketing assets.
• Support website and landing-page design, including layouts, banners, sections, and basic UI elements.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, image creation, editing, compositing, retouching, variations, and production workflows.
• Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle photography when required.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into polished campaign assets.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across the brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, spacing, and branding.
• Ability to create modern, premium, commercially strong designs rather than relying only on templates.
• Experience designing for social media and performance marketing.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative process.
• Ability to take a rough idea or reference and develop it into a polished final design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fast, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects.

Advantageous Skills

These are a plus, but not mandatory:

• Figma and basic UI/UX design.
• After Effects or basic motion graphics.
• Packaging design.
• Photo retouching and compositing.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
• Experience creating AI-generated campaign imagery and integrating it professionally into commercial designs.

AI Design Skills

We are particularly interested in designers who know how to use modern AI tools without sacrificing design quality.

You should be comfortable using AI to:

• Generate visual concepts and creative directions.
• Develop campaign backgrounds and compositions.
• Explore multiple creative variations quickly.
• Enhance and retouch images.
• Create presentation mockups.
• Improve production speed for repetitive design work.
• Combine AI-generated assets with Photoshop and traditional design workflows to produce professional final artwork.

Portfolio Requirement

• A portfolio is mandatory.
