Job summary

Trendz Agency is seeking an experienced video editor to lead high-end video projects including corporate films and commercials. You'll collaborate closely with directors and creative teams, ensuring high-quality storytelling through expert editing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or production house.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro with knowledge of After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Proven portfolio of cinematic storytelling and branded content.

Responsibilities

• Lead editing for high-end video projects: corporate films, commercials, and documentaries.
• Collaborate with directors and creative teams from rough cut to final delivery.
• Guide or supervise junior editors or freelancers when needed.

Job description

• Lead editing for high-end video projects : corporate films, commercials, social content, documentaries, and reels
• Collaborate with directors, creative teams, and clients from rough cut to final delivery
• Handle color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions
• Maintain consistent visual and storytelling quality across projects
• Interpret briefs and take ownership of deadlines and revisions
• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and platform formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Manage and organize project files, backups, and post-production workflows
• Guide or supervise junior editors or freelancers when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or production house

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro , with strong knowledge of After Effects , Audition , Photoshop , and DaVinci Resolve

• Proven portfolio of cinematic storytelling and branded content
• Strong understanding of pace, rhythm, and narrative flow
• Knowledge of social media trends and how to adapt edits to various platforms
• Excellent sense of sound design and visual rhythm
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to feedback
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
