Senior Vice President of Sales - Insurance (Brokerage)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Insurance Sales professional with a strong track record in selling a wide range of insurance products, including General Insurance, Group Medical, and Motor Insurance . The ideal candidate should have a proven portfolio of minimum AED 10 million in general lines of insurance , deep knowledge of the UAE insurance market, regulation, and prior experience working with insurance brokers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of insurance products including General Lines , Group Medical , and Motor Insurance .
  • Manage and grow a book of business with a minimum annual portfolio in all the lines of insurance .
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs and risk profile.
  • Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, insurers, and clients.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance coverage, terms, and policy benefits.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the UAE insurance industry.
  • Strong background in General Insurance, Group Medical , and Motor lines.
  • Proven portfolio of AED 10 million or more in annualized premiums.
  • Previous experience working with an insurance brokerage is highly preferred .
  • Excellent knowledge of local UAE insurance market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client servicing skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Qualities :

  • Highly self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Strong professional network in the UAE.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus.

Industry certifications (e.g., CII, III) are advantageous.
