Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Product, this role is focused on shaping the next generation of our trading platform - building experiences that elevate our core business through loyalty programs, advanced trading capabilities, core business support, and a breadth of innovative features. We are seeking a Senior Designer who thrives on crafting elegant, intuitive interfaces that simplify complexity, delight users, and scale with a rapidly evolving product ecosystem.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out our main engine that supports delivery of the company’s vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other designers, product managers, developers and end users to create innovative, clean, solutions.
  • Share ideas / prototypes / solutions with stakeholders and team members, as well as give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise the bar of quality in design.
  • Dig in deep to understand root problems that our clients are facing to be able to create simple, clean, solutions that elegantly solve those problems.
Qualifications

Essential

  • Portfolio link with examples of previous work.
  • 4+ years of relevant design experience working in a relevant role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment to iterate and ship work.
  • Excellent communication skills, including being comfortable presenting your ideas to other teams and departments.
  • Fluency in Figma with solid skills in solving problems, interaction design as well as visual design.
  • Good understanding of user‑centred design principles.
  • Comfortable working with Design systems and reusable patterns.

Desirable

  • A good eye for detail, consistently executing with accuracy.
  • Ability to contribute assets seamlessly to existing systems and patterns (where identified and validated).
  • Experience working with a distributed multinational team
