Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to manage the Al Ain Hospital nursing team, delivering patient-centric, evidence-based care. You will drive operational efficiency, patient experience, and team engagement while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

The role requires Bachelor's in Nursing, valid BLS/ACLS, and 5+ years in nursing with 2+ years in senior leadership, in a private hospital setting preferred. Strong MS Office and financial/risk skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited institute
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 5 years nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic
At least 2 years' senior nursing experience is desired
Demonstrate the ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process
Knowledge of JCIA and governance/regulatory standards
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Financial management and stock control principles
Verbal and written communication skills in English
