Senior UI / UX Designer

The senior UI / UX Designer’s role involves conducting extensive research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-centered designs.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

1. Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills.
2. Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
3. Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
4. Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
5. Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams.
6. Research, identify and articulate customer needs.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

1. Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
2. Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence.
3. Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design.
4. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping.
5. Knowledge of Agile software development process.
6. 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX.
7. Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area.
8. Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization.
