Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Senior Program Lead within ADVANCED CONCEPTS to drive the planning, development and execution of complex unmanned aerial system programs. You will provide cross-functional technical leadership across aerodynamics, mechanical, electronics, control systems, and software teams, overseeing integration, testing, risk management, resource allocation and roadmaps.

You will also guide continuous product improvement, ensure delivery performance and keep detailed program documentation

Qualifications

• 12+ years in aerospace and defense with experience in agile or hybrid development cycles.
• Engineering degree at bachelor's or master's level; PMP or INCOSE CSEP preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategies for program development and execution.
• Lead complex drone system integration projects with focus on performance and innovation.
• Coordinate resources and manage risks across the program lifecycle.
• Liaise between aerodynamics, mechanical, electronics, control systems and software teams.
• Oversee documentation and technical roadmaps for loitering munition development.
