Job summary

Madison Pearl Ltd. in Dubai seeks a Sr Lawyer to join the Enforcement team. You will represent clients before UAE courts, develop litigation strategies and advise on case merits, risks, and outcomes. The role requires handling multiple cases and liaising with authorities throughout the litigation lifecycle.

You will draft court submissions, attend hearings, present arguments, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements, while coordinating with clients and external experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience after qualification.
• Experience representing clients in court proceedings and managing cases through the litigation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before UAE courts and judicial authorities.
• Draft and review statements of claim/defence, legal memoranda, appeals, petitions, and other court submissions.
• Attend court hearings, present legal arguments, respond to opposing counsel, and follow up on court judgments.
• Advise clients on case merits, potential liabilities, litigation risks, settlement options, and expected outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, court experts, public authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
