Job summary

TalentsTide is assisting a government entity in Ajman to recruit a Treasury Section Manager. The role focuses on treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and investment management within the public sector.

The candidate will oversee banking relationships, manage the Treasury Single Account, and drive policies and reporting frameworks while developing a high-performing treasury team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a focus in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and treasury operations.
• Manage government bank accounts and banking relationships.
• Supervise Treasury Single Account operations and ensure efficient cash management.
• Manage surplus cash investments and maximise returns while mitigating financial risks.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures and financial reporting frameworks.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring effective performance and compliance.
