Talents Tide in Ajman is seeking a qualified Treasury Section Manager to join a government entity. This role focuses on treasury operations, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting to optimize government cash and investments.

The ideal candidate will bring analytical leadership and at least 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong grasp of treasury management, banking relationships, and risk control within a public-sector context.

Qualifications

• UAE National is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and financial risk.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and treasury operations.
• Manage government bank accounts and banking relationships.
• Supervise Treasury Single Account operations and ensure efficient cash management.
• Manage surplus cash investments and maximise returns while mitigating financial risks.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures and financial reporting frameworks.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring effective performance and compliance.
