Who We Are Looking For

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Enhance cash operations by managing daily activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements, to ensure optimal cash availability and efficient financial operations.
2. Facilitate smooth payment processing by promptly addressing bank compliance requests, establishing the company as a reliable and professional client in the eyes of financial institutions, thereby reducing unnecessary inquiries and concerns.
3. Ensure compliance and best practices by implementing and maintaining treasury policies, procedures, and controls that meet regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
4. Strengthen banking relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure access to necessary services and reduce associated costs.
5. Optimize cash flow and investment returns by developing and executing effective treasury strategies.
6. Minimize financial risks by assessing and implementing proactive hedging strategies and risk management techniques.
7. Identify market opportunities by monitoring financial markets and economic trends, enabling the organization to take informed actions that enhance treasury activities.
8. Enhance the treasury function by fostering proactive communication with counterparties and internal teams such as Business Development, Product, FP&A, and Legal, to increase efficiency and build trust in the treasury operations, driving automation of treasury operations and processes.

How to Know if You Are the Right Fit

Level - Senior. Proficiency in English (?1-?2). Ex. Banks & Payment systems, Ex. Big4, Ex. FMCG, Ex. E-commerce and Marketplaces.

Qualification: You have a Bachelor's degree in finance and also a professional qualification such as CTP, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CMA (or you are partially qualified).

Hard Skills:

1. Independent Execution of Approved Payments: Capable of managing and executing approved payments through banks and payment systems, including international transactions.
2. Expertise in Compliance Queries: Proficient in addressing complex compliance inquiries from banks, particularly those related to the updating of KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
3. Opening and Maintenance of Bank Accounts: Skilled in independently opening bank accounts with top 20 banks in the UAE and also in Europe and maintenance of good relationships with banks.
4. Cash Flow Management: Experienced in creating cash flow calendars, managing the company’s cash flows, and optimizing liquidity gaps and developing strategies for optimizing cash flows.
5. Utilization of Banking Products: Able to implement and effectively use various banking products and services.
