Senior Travel Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in corporate travel management, providing expert travel advice and booking services for corporate clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex travel itineraries while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert travel advice and personalized solutions based on clients' needs and preferences.
2. Book and manage travel arrangements for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, transportation, and other services.
3. Handle complex travel itineraries, adjusting as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and best practices to offer the most current and relevant options.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or changes during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
7. Manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines while ensuring timely delivery of all services within agreed service levels.
8. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
2. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, routing, suppliers, and the booking process.
3. Expertise in using GDS systems (Sabre & Amadeus).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
