Job summary

Dubai Holding Land Estates seeks a lead Transport Planner/Traffic Engineer to drive transport planning strategies aligned with masterplans and Dubai 2040. You will coordinate with RTA, manage cost-sharing, and ensure assessments meet regulatory standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in the Middle East, expertise in traffic modelling, and strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Planning or Traffic Engineering (preferred).
• 8–10+ years of experience in the Middle East in transport planning/traffic engineering.
• Experience with Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) and traffic modelling/simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of transport planning strategies and traffic engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with RTA on approvals and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage RTA cost-sharing processes and report status regularly.
• Prepare and review traffic impact assessments for new developments and changes.
• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight on transport inputs across projects.
