Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Principal / Associate – Transport Planning & Mobility to join our team in Dubai. This senior role will lead the delivery of transport planning and mobility solutions across various Dubai-based projects within the Transport & Infrastructure unit.

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Dubai’s regulatory environment, hold an RTA Level 3 Approved Liaison Engineer certification, and bring extensive experience in traffic modelling and transport planning studies. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in transport planning and mobility.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai RTA standards and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to transport planning and traffic engineering.
• Act as RTA Level 3 Liaison Engineer for regulatory coordination.
• Mentor junior transport planners and engineers.
