Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Transport/Roads Design Engineer to lead the design and delivery of roads, highways, junctions and civil infrastructure. The role requires strong technical expertise in road design and a track record of complex transportation projects.

The candidate should have 10–16 years in transport design, with at least 5 years in UAE projects, excellent Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills, and preferability for DMT registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
10–16 years of experience in transport and roads design.
Minimum 5 years of UAE project experience.
Strong road geometry and infrastructure design experience.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD; DMT registration preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of roads and transportation infrastructure projects.
Prepare and review road alignments, junction layouts, and drawings.
Develop road designs using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements and standards.
Attend client meetings and support technical reviews.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
