Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of multi-year, multi-squad delivery with vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery across scope, time, budget, quality and outcomes.

• Experience delivering digital banking products, journeys, platforms, or major change initiatives with adoption and value realisation.
• Experience in programme governance, reporting through SteerCos, executive forums, and board committees.
