You will supervise teams, translate data into actionable analyses, and coordinate globally to deliver tailored transfer pricing services across client industries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.

Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing – ITTS – EY UAE

Location: Dubai

The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice brings together Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing to advise corporate and private‑equity clients on their capital agenda. As a Senior Manager in the Transfer Pricing competency, you will manage the planning, documentation and controversy aspects of inter‑company transactions, with a focus on intangible property and financial system integration.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise transfer pricing engagements from inception to delivery, providing high‑profile service across a range of client industries.
• Translate data from multiple sources into quantitative and qualitative analyses to advise clients.
• Build relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored global transfer‑pricing services.
• Demonstrate leadership by supervising teams and contributing to the delivery of quality tax‑planning services.

Skills and attributes for success

• Apply complex transfer‑pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Prepare integrated transfer‑pricing documentation and defend positions in audits, providing innovative economic ideas and responsive services.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches.
• Coordinate globally to drive collaboration with other client‑service colleagues.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy Analysis or a related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• A master’s degree, law degree, CPA, CFA, A.S.A. Business Valuation Certification or CMA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting responsibilities.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• A PhD in a relevant discipline.

• Existing transfer‑pricing experience.
