Job summary

Ernst & Young AE is hiring for an experienced transfer pricing professional in Dubai. The role focuses on planning documentation, audits, and transfer pricing strategies across industries.

You will lead multiple engagements, translate data into client-ready insights, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transfer pricing, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications (CPA/CFA/CMA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Management, Tax, Law or related discipline; 5+ years of related work experience.
• Master's degree or professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, CMA or CMA preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with multiple clients and teams.
• Arabic proficiency is a plus; experience in professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing engagements across the project lifecycle and build client relationships.
• Translate data into insights and deliver high-quality tax planning services.
