Qualifications

• 3+ years in trading products and spot/derivatives systems.
• Strong knowledge of order matching, trading workflows, and core mechanics.
• Proven end-to-end product planning and delivery ability (0→1).
• Up-to-date awareness of crypto asset markets and trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and iterate spot trading products.
• Lead new trading features and optimize user trading experience.
• Explore AI-driven tools like smart order execution.
• Understand core trading system mechanics, order lifecycle, and depth.
• Drive CeDeFi innovations bridging on-chain/off-chain trading.
• Advance productization of RWAs, tokenized stocks, and Pre-IPO assets.
