Job Requirements
- Having a minimum of 5-6 years experience with a Travel Agency in UAE.
- Well connected to all airlines in UAE (Legacy & LCC).
- Proficiency in tour packages, airfares, routings, transfers, group bookings, fare calculations, pricing, processing tickets, refunds, and exchanges.
- Good knowledge of air fare policies and procedures.
- Expert knowledge of Amadeus and highly skilled in its use.
- Knowledge of tour products in UAE and worldwide.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to utilize current technology and adapt easily to technological changes.
- Must thrive in an ever-changing technical environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable consultant.
- Excellent working knowledge of the travel industry, including application of client travel policies, procedures, and complex international reservations and changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with airlines, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to contribute positively in a high-touch, complex interaction environment.
- Strong organizational and workload prioritization skills.
- Proficient in research and root cause analysis.
