Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst for the Mastercard Intelligence Center (MCIC). You will collect, process, and analyze threat data to inform risk-based decisions across the organization, brief senior leaders, and collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, political science, cybersecurity, international affairs, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating intelligence from diverse sources.
• Understanding of intelligence tradecraft, threat modeling, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Proactive, curious mindset with sound judgment for risk-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, analyze, publish, and disseminate threat intelligence for Mastercard.
• Leverage intelligence to inform risk-based decisions across the organization.
• Author risk assessments capturing threat landscape impacts to business operations.
• Brief intelligence analysis to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Lead partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to fuse intelligence across the organization and with government/industry partners.
• Support threat scenario development for red teaming, exercising, and resilience testing.
