Qualitykiosk Technologies in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a QA/Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, focusing on Islamic trade finance products. You will design and execute test scenarios for Murabaha, Mudaraba, and Wakala, perform end-to-end testing on Finastra platforms, and ensure regulatory, AML, and GoAML compliance.

Develop and execute test scenarios for core Islamic Trade Finance modules (e.g., Murabaha, Mudaraba, and Wakala) to ensure Sharia compliance. Perform end-to-end testing on Finastra platforms to validate straight-through processing (STP), limits management, and SWIFT messaging. Identify, log, and track bugs using tracking tools like Jira, ensuring test evidence traceability. Validate trade transactions against UAE regulatory frameworks and AML guidelines. Design, implement, and coordinate comprehensive test strategies and plans. Define test objectives, establish acceptance criteria, and translate business requirements into testable actions. Execute manual and automated tests, and conduct critical performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify bugs, track them in management tools, conduct root-cause analyses, and monitor defect resolution efforts. Provide guidance, training, and 360-degree feedback for junior QA team members. Assist management in allocating resources based on test complexity. Review user story estimates with product owners, evaluate testing tools, and communicate quality metrics across cross-functional teams.
