You will engage with prospects via phone and digital channels, promote services, and close deals efficiently. This is a great opportunity for experienced sales professionals who understand the Dubai market and want to grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily inbound and outbound leads via phone and digital platforms
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients
Promote services related to visa, residency, company formation, and tourism
Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Fixed monthly salary starting from AED 7,000 (based on experience)
Daily cash commissions for each closed deal

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven telesales experience in a similar field
Strong understanding of the Dubai market and customer needs
Background in customer service or client-facing roles
Fluent in English (required)
Knowledge of Arabic, French, or Farsi is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.
Knowledge of Company Formation Processes in Dubai (DED and Free Zones):
Full understanding of business setup procedures and regulations.
Experience in Selling Residency and Visa Services:
Familiarity with different UAE visa types and immigration processes.
Professional Negotiation and Deal Closing Skills:
Mastery of sales closing techniques.
Proficiency in CRM Software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce):
To manage leads, clients, and sales tracking.
Customer Service Experience:
Ability to professionally address client needs and inquiries.
Understanding of Digital Marketing Principles:
Especially social media advertising and email marketing basics.
General Skills:
Excellent Communication and Public Relations Skills
Fluent in English (Primary language for client interaction)
Knowledge of Arabic, Farsi, or French is a plus
