Sales and Client Acquisition
Make outbound calls to potential clients using leads, databases, or cold calling.
Present and pitch investment products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or portfolios.
Convert leads into clients through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships over the phone.
Follow up regularly with existing clients to provide updates and cross-sell services.
Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Trading and Investment Advisory
Provide investment advice within compliance guidelines and based on client profiles.
Assist clients in executing trades via brokerage systems.
Monitor markets and keep clients informed about relevant opportunities or risks.
Market Research and Reporting
Stay updated on financial news, stock performance, and market trends.
Conduct basic technical and fundamental analysis to inform recommendations.
Maintain records of calls, transactions, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Regulatory and Compliance Adherence
Ensure all sales practices comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications.
Handle documentation and reporting for audits or internal compliance.
Excellent communication and telesales skills
Strong understanding of financial products and stock market basics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM software and trading platforms
Resilience, motivation, and confidence in closing sales
Prior telesales or brokerage experience preferred
