Job summary

Wood is seeking a seasoned Lead Telecommunication Engineer to drive the design, coordination and delivery of telecom systems for a major ADNOC detailed engineering project. You will ensure full integration, safety, and cybersecurity alignment across disciplines and vendors.

With 15+ years in telecoms for large oil & gas facilities, you will lead multi-national teams, oversee system architecture, cabling, IP networks, PAGA, CCTV and access control, and support construction and FAT/SAT handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• 15+ years of telecoms experience in large Oil & Gas facilities.
• Experience leading multi-national project teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom design across the project lifecycle, primarily detailed engineering.
• Coordinate telecom engineers and designers.
• Ensure ADNOC standards and international standards compliance.
