Job summary

Zand seeks a Senior Technology Risk leader to oversee the Bank's technology risk management program, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance across infrastructure, cloud, and third-party services.

You will drive risk assessments, oversee issue remediation, and report on emerging risks to senior management and committees, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen controls in a secure, resilient digital banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technology or risk-related field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in technology risk, IT risk, IT audit, or related control functions, banking sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank's Technology Risk Management framework, governance, and oversight activities.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report technology risks across infrastructure, cloud, digital platforms, and third-party services.
• Provide independent challenge and risk oversight for major technology initiatives and cloud migrations.
• Oversee incident monitoring, resilience, and remediation of control gaps and regulatory actions.
• Prepare technology risk insights and governance reports for senior management and committees.
