Job summary

GSSTech Group seeks a Senior Architect to drive scalable, secure digital banking platforms. You will guide cross-functional squads, define architecture standards, and mentor junior architects while aligning with business strategy.

Role requires hands-on expertise in microservices, cloud-native design, and security. Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure leaders to deliver resilient platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing enterprise apps including web and mobile
• Deep knowledge of modern architectural patterns (Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, service mesh
• Strong understanding of cyber security (OWASP, Encryption, IAM, AppSec)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and data modeling tools

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for mobile, web, and cloud-native apps
• Define and enforce architecture standards and reusable patterns
• Collaborate with security to embed security into design
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure performance and resiliency
• Integrate apps with microservices, event streams, containers, external systems
• Coach junior architects and run technical workshops
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and adoption strategies
