GSSTech Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Solution and Security Architecture to support Digital Products and Wealth Management initiatives within a leading banking environment.

The role requires leadership, end-to-end architectural delivery, and strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, microservices, and regulatory compliance, working with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and architectures.
• Strong experience building High-Level Designs (HLDs) and end-to-end solution architectures.
• Expertise in backend, frontend, mobile, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native, containerized, and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and security requirements in banking.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions for Digital Products and Wealth Management platforms.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints.
• Deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and cloud-native architecture designs.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture governance, peer reviews, and technical design workshops.
• Drive architectural decisions across applications, APIs, and microservices ecosystems.
• Ensure designs meet performance, resiliency, security, and customer experience requirements.
• Mentor junior architects and engineering teams.
• Contribute to architecture capability building and best-practice frameworks.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve delivery capabilities.
