Job summary

SBS in Dubai seeks two Professional Services Special Ops professionals to lead strategic, complex client engagements in digital banking and fintech. The role blends solution architecture, banking domain knowledge, and hands-on delivery, with daily AI-enabled analysis and prototyping.

You will shape requirements, define architectures, validate assumptions, and guide teams from concept to delivery, while de-risking projects and accelerating momentum across client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Significant experience in banking/fintech (digital banking, payments, lending).
Background in solution architecture, software engineering, or techno-functional delivery.
Proven delivery in complex, client-facing engagements and integrations (APIs, distributed systems, integration patterns).
Hands-on ability to prototype/validate approaches; practical fluency using AI tools to accelerate delivery work.

Responsibilities

Lead/sponsor the Special Projects and Early-Stage engagements; turn ambiguous briefs into a clear scope and delivery plan.
Define solution architecture aligned to client needs, platform capabilities, and delivery constraints; design integrations across core banking platforms and APIs.
Blend architecture, functional expertise, and hands-on problem solving to unblock delivery and move work forward.
Serve as trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders; align Product, Engineering, Delivery, and client teams on direction and trade-offs.
Identify risks early and de-risk delivery; accelerate momentum through rapid validation and transition of early work into scalable delivery assets.
