Job summary

Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Technician – Indian Motorcycle to join our Indian Motorcycle Service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain high-end motorcycles, mentoring junior technicians and ensuring workmanship meets manufacturer standards.

Work onsite in a fast-paced workshop, perform PDIs, install accessories, and participate in training programs while upholding safety and quality. Valid UAE riding license and experience with premium brands are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Motorcycle Technician.
  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience with Indian Motorcycle, Harley-Davidson, BMW Motorrad, Triumph, Ducati, KTM, Honda, Yamaha, or similar premium motorcycle brands is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle engine systems, electrical systems, fuel injection, ABS, suspension, and drivetrain components.
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to support and mentor junior technicians.
  • Willingness to attend Indian Motorcycle technical training and certification programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Good communication skills with customer-oriented approach.
  • Technical certification.
  • Valid UAE Motorcycle Riding License.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on Indian Motorcycle models, including Scout, Chief, Chieftain, Challenger, Pursuit, Roadmaster, and FTR.
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and service manuals.
  • Carry out engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, braking, steering, and electrical system repairs to exacting standards.
  • Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and ensure required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and install genuine Indian Motorcycle accessories and performance upgrades.
  • Perform thorough road tests before and after repairs to verify vehicle performance and repair quality.
  • Support, mentor, and coach junior technicians, providing technical guidance and best practice sharing.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, job cards, and service reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all workshop tools, equipment, and work areas are kept in a clean and safe condition.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Participate in manufacturer technical training programs and continuously update product knowledge.
  • Support field service activities, events, and customer assistance when required.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician – Indian Motorcycle to join our growing Indian Motorcycle Service team. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Dubai, you’ll work in an ONSITE environment dedicated to delivering premium service quality to our valued customers. In this role, you will utilize your extensive expertise in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure motorcycles are maintained and repaired to the highest manufacturer standards. You will be responsible for handling complex technical issues, supporting and mentoring junior technicians, and contributing to our workshop’s continuous improvement.
