About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main responsibilities include:

• Implementing work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiating scheduled procedures, and recording results.
• Prioritizing repair work and efficiently handling breakdowns.
• Coordinating, supervising, and leading repairs and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, engineering services, and building facilities.
• Reviewing irregularities observed during shifts and discussing corrective actions with the Director of Engineering.
• Conducting shift briefings on maintenance and control processes as per the Engineering Plan Manual.
• Reviewing critical daily and weekly events in Guestrooms and F&B Banquets to ensure proper engineering support.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., Carpenter, Mason, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Refrigeration, Mechanical).
• Knowledge of Work Order Systems.
• Understanding of high-rise building systems or resort facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings.
• Ability to work independently without full supervision.
