Role Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute jobs ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum profitability according to company standards.
2. Attend to difficult service problems and teach colleagues the technical aspects for future reference.
3. Conduct site inspections, estimate manpower and materials required for service jobs.
4. Prepare job cards, inspection reports, field reports, and timesheets.
5. Prepare material requests for parts needed for each job.
6. Ensure cost control and asset optimization.
7. Continuously train to improve work quality and reduce complaints and callbacks.
8. Maintain knowledge of PLC systems and control.
9. CUSTOMER CARE :
10. Handle all customer complaints at the site.
11. Provide efficient, courteous, and timely services to customer requests and inquiries.
12. Attend to customer complaints within target times.
13. Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance visits.
14. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings.
15. Report opportunities to the Branch Manager.

EH&S :

1. Implement UTS Carrier EH&S standards policy within their area of control.
2. Identify all environmental aspects and health hazards in their area of responsibility.
3. Report all accidents, incidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents to management and initiate solutions.
4. Attend weekly EH&S talks interactively.
5. Ensure technicians perform self-inspections before starting jobs.
6. Participate with team members in self-inspections as necessary.
7. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

Role Purpose :

Skills and experience in understanding and applying best practices in air conditioning maintenance and relevant industry standards.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Work experience in naval field maintenance.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
3. Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering.
4. Computer skills.
5. Interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
6. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in maintenance engineering.
