Job description

• Deliver Palo Alto Networks official training courses (PCNSA, PCNSE, etc.) for partners and customers.
• Conduct virtual, classroom, and onsite training across different StarLink locations and customer premises.
• Develop and customize training content as needed to enhance learning experiences.
• Assist in lab setup and troubleshooting to ensure hands-on training is effective.
• Collaborate with the internal team to schedule and align training sessions with business needs.
• Stay updated on the latest Palo Alto technologies and certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Arabic speaking Palo Alto Certified Instructor (PCI) with experience in delivering technical trainings.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks security solutions (firewalls, Cortex, Prisma, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with prior training or teaching experience.
• Ability to deliver training in multiple formats (online, classroom, and onsite).
• Willingness to travel within GCC and beyond when required for onsite training.
