Job summary

cander is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a major cross-functional platform initiative. You will coordinate engineering, product, QA, and operations, drive the plan, manage risk, and ensure timely updates to leadership.

You will mentor junior TPMs and help raise the program management bar across the team, while coordinating releases for SaaS and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles with software delivery lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience owning multi-team program delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong risk management and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle program management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, velocity tracking, and resource visibility.
• Lead stakeholder communications and status reporting up to executive level.
• Plan releases across SaaS and on-prem/air-gapped tracks with distinct constraints.
• Run sprint reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions.
• Mentor 1-3 junior TPMs and raise program discipline across the function.
