About the Role

This position requires expertise in crypto wallet development, stakeholder management, and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, gather requirements, and launch new crypto-wallet products.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Roadmap: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis. Manage backlogs, define user stories, and coordinate development workflows.
2. Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility and customer value.
3. Market Research: Conduct customer discovery and market analysis to refine value propositions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
5. Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of features meeting quality standards; organize testing and feedback sessions.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role, and experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs are essential. Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
