About the job:

In this role, you need a deep understanding of technology, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals to contribute to impactful product launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead product development and roadmap: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
3. Conduct market research, including customer discovery, to understand the value proposition.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
5. Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and feedback.

Minimum requirements include:

1. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in a technical role.
2. Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.
4. Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
5. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.
6. Ability to define, track, and report on KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
7. Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.
8. Hands-on development experience with JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
