About the role:

You will need a strong understanding of technology, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch products. This role suits experienced professionals eager to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development and Roadmap: Lead the entire product lifecycle, define user stories, acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and workflows.
• Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical ideas into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility and impact.
• Market Research: Conduct research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery and quality standards, organize testing and feedback.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, and conducting A/B testing or similar experiments.
