Responsibilities

As a Platform Product Manager, you will combine classic product management skills with a deep understanding of technical architecture. This role actively participates in solving engineering and business problems daily.

The product is our in-house self-service Scoring platform designed for analysts and developers from risk and product teams. You will lead and take this product to the next level, owning the roadmap and managing the full cycle of product development from strategy and quarterly OKRs setting to launch.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 4+ years of experience as a Platform Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Nice to have: prior experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager, combined with Product Management experience
• Product Skills :
• Strong skills in problem identification, solution design, and prioritization
• Experience in creating product vision and strategy, setting and tracking OKRs
• Ability to build a metrics tree and define key product metrics
• Technical Skills :
• Solid business and system analysis skills with a broad technical perspective
• Ability to assess proposed solution architectures and challenge architectural decisions when necessary
• Experience designing architectural concepts, data models, and APIs
• Understanding of CI / CD processes
• Experience evaluating technical quality, monitoring, and reliability practices
• Communication :
• Strong verbal and written English skills (at least B2)
• Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills for articulating vision, decisions, and trade-offs in C-level forums
