You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products, all in the field of crypto-wallets.

1. Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
2. Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
3. Market Research: Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery, to understand the value proposition of our product.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate, and deliver solutions.
5. Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

Job requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.

• Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.

• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana, etc.

• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, Javascript.

• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.

Nice to have

• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular).
