About the Job

Covenant is seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Network Engineer to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of complex, production-grade network environments. In this hands-on role, you will be the technical anchor responsible for translating high-level architectural designs into robust configurations across on-premises datacenters, WAN/SD-WAN, and a sophisticated multi-cloud fabric (Azure, AWS, and OCI). You will ensure stability, performance, and security across all network domains for high-impact enterprise infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Datacenter & Fabric Architecture: Implementation and optimization of OSPF and BGP routing protocols, MPLS/Segment Routing, and EVPN/VXLAN fabrics.
• Multi-Cloud Networking: Designing and managing hybrid connectivity solutions, including Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, and OCI FastConnect.
• Network Security & NGFW: Configuring Next-Generation Firewalls, security zones, and micro-segmentation using Cisco ACI (EPGs, Contracts, and L3Out).
• Automation (IaC): Developing Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules to automate configuration, compliance checks, and bulk updates.
• Operational Excellence: Performing deep-packet analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump) and providing tier-3 support for complex P1/P2 network incidents.
