CNS in Dubai is seeking a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer with 12–15 years of progressive IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud management experience to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai.

In this leadership role you will design and implement enterprise network architecture, manage data center operations, cloud deployment strategies, and infrastructure lifecycle, while guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure high availability and security.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud management.
Hands-on expertise in enterprise network architecture design across LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems.
Experience managing servers, storage, virtualization, Windows and Linux environments, and high-availability systems.

Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer supporting CNS in Dubai, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise network architecture, data center operations, cloud deployment strategies, and infrastructure lifecycle management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise network architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and network topology), managing servers, storage, virtualization, Windows/Linux environments, and high-availability systems, designing, implementing, and managing public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructure, enforcing network and infrastructure security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management), directing data center operations, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity, leading infrastructure, network engineering, systems administration, and cloud teams, managing infrastructure upgrades, network migrations, cloud projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex enterprise infrastructure anomalies under strict project delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cloud management.
Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise in enterprise network architecture design across LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems.
Comprehensive working knowledge of IT infrastructure management including servers, storage, virtualization, Windows, and Linux OS.
Solid practical experience designing, implementing, and managing public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
Working knowledge of network and infrastructure security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management frameworks.
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure enterprise conditions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong executive leadership and vendor management abilities.
Mandatory legal work eligibility and physical availability for full-time on-site operations in Dubai.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
Prior professional working experience in top-tier enterprise IT system integrators, telecommunications, or large corporate environments.
Hands-on familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with large-scale data center migration projects, enterprise budgeting, and multi-vendor contract negotiations.
