Job summary

Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a Senior Technical Manager with a strong focus on construction and structural engineering. The role emphasizes managing project documentation, ensuring compliance, coordinating submittals and liaising with stakeholders to maintain schedules and quality.

You will review technical inputs, oversee design coordination, and lead a team of engineers and coordinators to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Structural Engineering is a plus.
• Experience leading technical teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and codes.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide technical comments on PQD, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural/MEP teams, and subs to resolve issues.
• Manage submission logs, RFI logs, and project documentation to meet baselines.
• Provide technical inputs during design, tender, and procurement stages.
• Lead the technical team and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
