Job summary

Meraki Integrated Contracting in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Technical Manager to lead engineering submissions, ensure compliance, and maintain project schedules and quality across complex construction projects.

The role requires strong leadership of the technical team, extensive UAE experience on mid/high-rise projects, and collaboration with consultants, procurement, and construction teams to drive value and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of total experience in Commercial / Residential / Mixed-use Buildings, UAE focus preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Structural Engineering is an advantage.
• Strong multi-project management from design through handover with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and comment on PQD, submittals, technical compliance statements, shop drawings, design calculations, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, construction teams, planning, QS/Commercial, procurement, QA/QC, and MEP teams.
• Lead and manage the technical team; monitor KPI, submission status, and actions.
