We are seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the construction industry. The role involves overseeing project execution from planning to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Additional Role: Infrastructure Business - Discipline Lead - Dry Utilities Design

We are also seeking a Discipline Lead - Dry Utilities Design to support infrastructure projects in GCC, focusing on dry utilities networks including power (MV/LV), substations, renewable energy, pumping stations, street lighting, and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Support bid processes and build client relationships.
  • Lead and motivate a team, fostering good leadership.
  • Report on project performance and ensure safety compliance.
  • Support project design, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Enhance networking with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Interpersonal, technical writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dialux, Softea, Revit/BIM.
  • Knowledge of project management and legal aspects.
