Responsibilities (includes Tasks And Authorities):
Candidate should have implementation experience in Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory, Exchange On-Premises, Office 365, and Hyper-V Windows (DNS/RADIUS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience is essential, with technologies used in the last one to two years.
Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and troubleshooting.
Exchange On-Premises and Office 365 migration projects.
Office 365 - Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, O365 security, and Tenant-to-Tenant Migration.
Configuration and management of ADFS environment.
Configure and manage Azure AD Connect server.
Manage Entra ID and conditional access policies, Windows Hello for Business.
Configure and troubleshoot Terminal Servers (RDS), Windows Clustering.
Strong experience in SCCM 2012 / versions 1802, 1806, 1810, 1902, and Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager.
Experience with AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support.
Experience upgrading Windows servers from legacy to latest versions.
Windows SCCM patch management and deployment of Windows security baselines.
Develop project documentation, update internal documentation, and configuration items.
Proactive support request resolution escalated from the service delivery team.
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Serve as a technical SME for listed technologies.
Handle critical customer incidents and troubleshooting within agreed service levels.
Execute health check services and closures for AMC customers.
Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert, MD-102 Endpoint Administrator, MCSEMCP
Technical Skills / Competencies:
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Intune MDM Management / SCCM, Windows Server Infrastructure, Enterprise Vault Email Archival, File Server, and Hyper-V.
Competency Levels:
Active Directory/Entra AD L3, Office 365 L3, Windows Support L3, SCCM/Intune L2.
