In This Role You Will

• Develop IT solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring designs are robust, high-quality, and compliant with corporate standards and technical strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet service level requirements for availability, capacity, security, performance, and reliability.
• Create solution architectures aligned with EA standards and support technological advancements and new technology adoption.
• Collaborate with IT teams to monitor relevant technology and ensure incident management within EMS.
• Guide project managers and technology teams in solution definition, technical design, and development, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs and analyze problems per the Problem Management Process, minimizing business impact.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and data catalogs, including design, configuration, support procedures, and operational manuals.
• Manage end-of-life equipment/software replacements to align with technical standards and support strategic initiatives.
• Translate process and enhancement requirements into error-free code using enterprise development tools, methods, and languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or honors (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant IT engineering experience.

Knowledge/Skills

• Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining network automation solutions using infrastructure automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDN concepts and automation techniques, utilizing scripting and APIs for efficient network operations.
• Proficiency in designing and managing multi-tenant, SDN architectures ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity.
• Knowledge of network provisioning automation for virtualized and containerized workloads, integrating with cloud-native platforms.
• Experience in developing API-driven network automation workflows for self-service provisioning and infrastructure management.
